Looking Back & Looking Ahead

Everyone is probably pretty tired of "best of 2011" lists at this point so we'd just like to make a note of a few of our accomplishments from last year and give you a quick preview of some things you can expect in 2012.

2011 was the year we transitioned to solid state cameras (no more pesky dv tapes! everything is recorded on sd cards and producers no longer have to wait while their footage transfers over to a computer in real time); revamped our website---realizing our dream of bringing you one short, informative, video each weekday; teamed up with local organizations like the Northwestern District Attorney's Office, Greenfield YMCA, Community Action, & DIAL/SELF to help them get important information out to the community; and really embraced social media---posting on Facebook several times a week, local forums almost every day, and even creating a Twitter feed. 

This year we plan to continue upgrading our facilities in order to provide the best opportunities for producers and programming that we can, increase the functionality of our website, expand our presence in the community, and provide the public with plenty of election information.  We're looking forward to all of this and hope you are too.
