Celebrating National Health Center Week 2012

The Community Health Center of Franklin County will be celebrating National Health Center Week August 5th-11th, 2012. During this week the pubic is invited to stop at any of our three sites to learn about the health center and the unique services we offer as a not-for-profit organization. Healthcare provider brochures will be available to learn the specialties of each provider to help you find the best fit for you! In addition, each new patient will be given a gift bag at the time of signing up. Already a patient or know about us? Stop in to hear about our new projects, including our patient centered initiatives.

BMC Health Net will be at the Greenfield site on Wednesday, August 8th beginning at 9:30a.m. and will have give-away’s including electric toothbrushes as raffle prizes.

Hampshire Council of Governments, Michele Komosa will be displaying smoking cessation information, including the ‘Ex-Smokers Hall of Fame’ (Tobacco Free Community Partnership for Hampshire and Franklin Counties funded by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health) on Tuesday, August 7th at our Greenfield location and at our Orange location on Thursday, August 9th, each from 9a.m.-3p.m.
